Der kleine Schwarze erfreut den Gaumen und erhitzt die Gemüter, wenn es um die korrekte Zubereitung geht. Barista schwören aufs Brühen mit der klassischen Siebträgermaschine. Wie man damit den perfekten Espresso zaubert, kann nur ein echter Profi erklären. Ich genieße die meditative Ruhe mit der dieser Barista im Film uns die Zubereitung zeigt und könnte mir die gestochen scharfe Bilderfolge stundenlang ansehen, während ich an meiner kleinen Tasse nippe. Am liebsten würde ich seiner Einladung folgen und für einen der kleinen Kaffees bei ihm vorbei schauen, aber seine Esprossomaschine steht in Venice, Kalifornien und nicht in Duisburg. Der Film ist Teil einer mehrteiligen Serien. Weitere genussreiche Lehrfilme rund um Espresso und seine Weiterentwicklungen gibt es hier zu sehen.
